RESTAURANT NEAR THE CASTELL BEACH

Costa Brava

We are proud of our surroundings and especially the nearby cove, La Plaja de Castell in Palamós. This untouched beach has a unique, natural landscape, with an additional cultural feature, as just a few yards away are the ruins of the ancient Iberian town of Castell. It is considered as an area of natural interest belonging to the castle of Cap Roig.
You can reach it by car, or arrive on foot or by bike using the Green Route. You can stay close by at hotels or campsites. It is also an access point for getting to other coves.

THE MEDITERRANEAN COAST: SURROUNDED BY THE BEACHES OF THE COSTA BRAVA

Cala Estreta

This is one of the best beaches on the Costa Brava, it is well preserved, due to its somewhat isolated location, and you need to walk to get to it. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit it, it’s well worth the hike.

S’Alguer

Cala S’Alguer is a small beach with old, traditional fishing houses. It is very well-preserved and still retains the Mediterranean atmosphere of the old fishing villages of the Costa Brava. Its colours define its feeling.

La Fosca

In the northern area of Palamós, this shallow beach with its fine sand has a residential environment. It is 7 minutes by car from the Mas dels Arcs, is ideal for a refreshing swim just before lunch.

The Mini-train route: Palamós-Palafrugell

The Mini-train route that runs from Palamós to Palafrugell is about 6 km along the main road and is of a minimal-level in terms of difficulty. It passes just beside the Mas dels Arcs Restaurant. We support cycling initiatives and are committed to sustainable tourism.
