THE PALAMÓS PRAWN MENU FROM 4 MAY TO 15 JULY
We are one of the restaurants that participate in the annual Prawn Menu event, held by the local Plat Blau Restaurant Association. This initiative starts in early May with the renowned Prawn of Palamós, a Mediterranean seafood with an exquisite taste.

The restaurant was founded more than 4 decades ago. Our cuisine is based on local, seasonal produce, with simplicity and honesty, and we always use top-quality products.

Mas dels Arcs
We launched a new project this year: traditional Mas dels Arcs sauté dishes. This is perhaps the most arduous process in preparing a rice dish, so in order to facilitate the process we are now proud to present the traditional sauté of the Empordà; ready-prepared base for traditional black rice dishes and our sauté with Palamós prawns and crab. We will be bringing out a new product in the near future.

Toni is a renowned chef when it comes to local Empordà-based cuisine, above all, for his skills when it comes to Palamós prawns. He is a very active chef who takes part and performs in different culinary-based, including presentations, training courses and a range of other activities.

Our cuisine based on locally-grown, seasonal produce, and the same goes for our wines. We are a restaurant committed to regionally-certified D.O. Empordà wines.
Locally-grown foods define our cuisine, it’s how we ensure the quality of the products we use and how we promote our area through its cuisine.
We are part of the La Cuina de l’Empordanet, a local culinary association with chefs from the region who work together to popularize the cuisine of the Baix Empordà.
